{"id":1320,"date":"2016-12-14T19:45:17","date_gmt":"2016-12-14T18:45:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cosmeticsinmind.com\/en\/?p=1320"},"modified":"2016-12-18T20:19:42","modified_gmt":"2016-12-18T19:19:42","slug":"public-consultation-on-fragrance-ingredients","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cosmeticsinmind.com\/en\/public-consultation-on-fragrance-ingredients\/","title":{"rendered":"Public consultation on fragrance ingredients."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The European Comission has opened a public consultation regarding changes propoosed to annexes II and III of the Regulation 1223\/2009 on cosmetic products.<\/p>\n<p>In public consultations, any interested party can present their comments and evidences to the European commision for consideration.<\/p>\n<p>The proposed amendments include ingredients from three plant species:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tagetes erecta flower extract y flower oil<\/strong>\u00a0(CAS 90131-43-4) are to be included in Annex II and will no longer be used in the formulation of cosmetic products.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tagetes minuta flower extract and flower oil<\/strong>\u00a0(CAS 91770-75-0) and\u00a0<strong>Tagetes patula flower extract y flower oil<\/strong> (CAS 91772-29-1 \/ 8016-84-0) are included in Annex III.
